Welcome to the mechanical engineering department, the mechanical engineering department was established in 2009.

The department has an intake of 60 with having highly qualified & MSBTE approved staff.

The department has produced many competent diploma engineers who are serving themselves in many mnc's. It has well equipped 9 labs under different courses & fully equipped, spacious & productive workshop.

The basic manufacturing processes and psycomotive skills are developed in the students through various shops like machines shop-consist lathe machines, milling m/c, shaping m/c, drilling m/c, welding shop, sheet metal shop, carpentry shop smithy shop, and fitting shop.

The CNC shop has added to the workshop in 2013 which made it more automotive & advantageous.

The department frequently arranges guest lectures by industry experts, visits to several industries to get their field experience & working atmosphere as well as workshops are arranged to improve their soft skills.

The department has its own student's association named MESA through which extracurricular & co-curricular activities like sports, drama, social, cultural, acts quiz competition paper/poster presentations, and project exhibitions are conducted.
